SUMMARY:Valentine’s Day Concert at Yiddishland
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a romantic evening with Jewish love songs in Yiddish\, Ladino\, and Hebrew\, performed by Carla Berg and her band. Light snacks and drinks will be provided. The event will be broadcasted on Zoom. \nCost: in-person: $40 for general admission or $36 for early bird (if registering before February 6) (snacks and drinks included) \nOnline through Zoom: $20 \nLocation provided upon registration \nCarla Berg is a Mizrahi Brazilian self-identifying as a multicultural and multilingual singer and songwriter performs songs within languages such as Portuguese\, English\, Spanish\, Hebrew\, Arabic\, Yiddish\, and Ladino\, many of which appear on her CDThankful and NES. \nShe is committed and passionate about keeping traditional culture and language alive and she does that through her music and her identity.
