Yoga for Gratitude in Yiddish

In this 60 minute yoga class instructed in Yiddish with English translation, we will focus on the areas that we hope to improve or change and bring some energy into your body! Join in to keep our hearts and minds open to all the gems of knowledge and experience that go into making our lives fully rounded. The slow and gentle nature of this class is perfect for beginners and is also great for other students who can sink deeper into their practice.
