Valentine’s Day Concert at Yiddishland

Join us for a romantic evening with Jewish love songs in Yiddish, Ladino, and Hebrew, performed by Carla Berg and her band. Light snacks and drinks will be provided. The event will be broadcasted on Zoom.

Carla Berg is a Mizrahi Brazilian self-identifying as a multicultural and multilingual singer and songwriter performs songs within languages such as Portuguese, English, Spanish, Hebrew, Arabic, Yiddish, and Ladino, many of which appear on her CDThankful and NES.

She is committed and passionate about keeping traditional culture and language alive and she does that through her music and her identity. In her work she explores the multicultural influences that represent the diversity of her roots, her ancestors, and her life, and invites the audience on that journey with her.
