Ilan Hasson

Ilan Hasson, born in 1958 in Bnei Dror in central Israel, is a renowned artist whose work has been celebrated for its vibrant depiction of Mediterranean life and Jewish themes. His early life in the Moshav, a type of cooperative agricultural community, undoubtedly influenced his connection to the land and its stories.

Hasson’s interest in art was sparked at a young age, and by sixteen, he began his formal artistic education at the Avni Art School in Tel Aviv. He furthered his studies at the Tel-Chai School of Art in the Galilee, where he continued to develop his unique style and technique.
